Biographical Info:

Christopher Arnold is an emerging artist from the Midwestern United States, who is fascinated by people, politics, religion and the environment. As a young artist, Christopher sees his future as wide open as he continues his journey towards a place in art history. He welcomes the challenges and maintains a controlled purist of this passion as he looks to expand his notoriety on both a national and international level. Christopher is currently working in ink and watercolor painting process, utilized in his fine art illustration style.

Christopher Arnold received his Masters in Fine Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design (S.C.A..D.) in 2006.
Before receiving his Masters in Fine Arts, Christopher earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts, from the University of Missouri, Columbia during 2002.

Professionally Christopher has spent several years building his current professional portfolio, participating in a variety of educational environments and starting a fine art career. Painting since 2001, he has had a dozen solo show’s, he has participated in forty group exhibitions and is represented by multiple art galleries and utilized by a creative agency as a art illustrator.

Art Work:
Christopher Arnold takes a detailed approach to his illustrations in that he uses a realistic representation set against a background of negative space. Using ink he will detail section by section until individual portions of the work become unified. After that he uses watercolor giving it the rendering and color that brings each composition to life. Mr. Arnold says, “I want the viewer to focus in on the imagery. I use the negative space to deliver the eye directly to the information.” Christopher makes it clear, that viewers will recognize the elements of this viewpoint and come to their own conclusions with ease about the subject matter.
